PROJECT BILLING & QUANTITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE
Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will manage project billed quantities, measurement verification, and billing reports, and coordinate closely with the Accounts Department to ensure accurate invoicing and profitability tracking. The candidate must be strong in BOQ analysis, measurement sheets, and commercial coordination.

Responsibilities

1. Quantity & Measurement Management

  • Verification of executed quantities as per BOQ
  • Preparation of measurement sheets (RA Bills / Final Bills)
  • Tracking variations & extra items
  • Cross-checking site measurements with drawings

2. Billing Coordination

  • Preparation of client Running Account (RA) bills
  • Reconciliation of billed vs executed quantities
  • Monitoring pending bills & certification status
  • Coordination with Project Managers & Site Engineers

3. Reporting to Accounts Department

  • Monthly billed quantity report
  • Project-wise revenue summary
  • Pending billing & collection tracker
  • Profitability comparison (Estimated vs Executed)

4. Documentation Control

  • Maintain BOQ revisions & variation records
  • Client certification records
  • Billing supporting documents
Qualifications
  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Civil
  • OR B.Com with strong project billing experience
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ & quantity take-off
  • Experience in HVAC / MEP billing preferred
  • Good command in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, summary sheets)
  • Basic understanding of costing & margins
  • Attention to detail & documentation discipline
